Our eatery is Sioux Falls’ premier destination for gourmet cuisine and world-class wines. Our kitchen is led by Cordon Bleu trained culinary chef Greg Springer, who oversees our menu of inspired entrees, sandwiches, and small plates. Our eatery keeps things fresh with daily lunch and dinner specials as well. We value seasonality and locality when we create our dishes. Our ingredients highlight the best that the season has to offer, and we source them from local providers to the extent that we are able. The menu focuses on foods that go hand in hand with wine. Our talented Cordon Bleu Chef, Greg Springer, crafts his own gravlax and charcuterie using the best meats available, combining
these with locally-sourced ingredients to provide the basis for his ever-changing, seasonally-inspired menu. The ‘Build your own Board’ allows you to sample a variety of artisan cheeses along with his sausages, pate, terrines and salami. Chef, Matthew Regnier, utilizes his talents at fermentation to create kimchi, sauerkraut and pickled vegetables to accompany the plates. Be sure to try the unique sandwiches and entrees with a glass of wine or craft brew!


Our sommelier, Becca Connelly, oversees our wine program, which connects our customers to a new world of lesser known wineries and their eclectic varietals. She has created a select list of wines available by the glass that were carefully chosen for its excellent character, depth and nuanced flavors. Want to share a bottle? Our entire selection in the shop is available at retail pricing plus a $5 corkage fee. We can help you with your pairing or simply embark on your own journey of discovery — there is no wrong way to enjoy wine!
